Today I am going to show you a practical solution to the smartwatch’s battery problem. First I modded the Samsung Gear 1 to Android 4.2 OS which increases the battery life to 50 hours since I was able to control the smartwatch screen and BlueTooth manually. In addition, I built a lithium battery bank system that can charge my smartwatch on a go. That’s 40 to 50 days worth of power using the 34W DIY Li-ion Battery Bank system! Incredible!
