How to cook or prepare a delicious and healthy South Asian Japanese Udon Noodle Soup also known as the ‘Noi Noodle Soup’.
– Onions (3 or 4)
– Garlic (1 or 2 bulbs)
– Beef Stock Powder (2 tablespoon or 3 to 4 teaspoon)
– Chicken (whole fresh chicken is the best otherwise use five or more chicken drum sticks)
– Chicken Broth (optional – if you use fresh whole chicken you will not need it)
– Udon Japanese Noodle
– 1 to 1.5 litre of boiling water (soup base) – may need more depending on how salty you want your soup to be.
