Updates- I added three more things to do on Earth Day. Previously, I mentioned that you could use waste vegetable oil to make biofuel oil lamp. I also mentioned that you could use ‘dead’ alkaline batteries to recharge LED lights or solar lights. In addition, I also said to use fresh pepper seeds to plant your garden (don’t throw those seeds away!). Here three more things to do on Earth Day:
4) Use regular soap to wash yourself (hair and body) instead of those synthetic shampoos.
5) Walk, bike or use electric bike – save on gas and the environmental pollution.
6) Use shower or bath water to water your garden (redirect the water from the upper floor to main floor via gravity and manual pump.
